Vail Valley Christmas Toy Drive

What?  Did you just say “Christmas?”  But today is Halloween, silly, why the heck are you already talking about Christmas?  The answer is, it’s never too early to start collecting Christmas toys for children!

I am a volunteer with the Vail Valley Medical Center Volunteer Corps.  One of the goals for the Vail Valley Medical Center this winter is to collect 2,400 NEW UNWRAPPED TOYS for the Salvation Army “Santa’s Store” where qualified families will be able to “shop” for toys for their children.  Here are the details on where to deliver toy donations:

How awesome is that.....we always have an Angel tree at our office every year!!!   It is a nice way to give back to the community!!!

BTW....that is a scary picture of you!  LOL

Gross picture, my sweet friend.  How 'bout them Broncos? :) Thank you for the soup.  And I watched them open for business today at a nearby Christmas store.

Mimi- nice wrap up!  Ugh, I hate being a Broncos fan.  Love Tebow, but wasn't so happy with yesterday's performance.  Hope you're feeling better!

I DO love Tebow.  I really think that what they need to invest in is some good coaching for the poor kid.  Can you IMAGINE being 24 with the kind of pressure that he has? Salvation or ruination at the drop of a hat.  Much too much to blame the kid for.  I think it is awful the pressure that they are putting on him . . . 7 sacks probably shows a hole somewhere :)

Yes, Mimi, I think you're right.  He has such potential, and the failure last weekend wasn't all his fault, although the media will take their shots at him.
