Hey, I've got a question. The escrow specialization in mobils is great, but could you share (perhaps in a seperate post or in reply on this one) about mortgages with regards to this type of property. I know it's entirely different and in many respects difficult to get funding. Do you have any resources you could point someone to?

Thanks for the quick response. The reason I am asking is that we have a referral incentive program where we pay a commission (10% of first year's revenues) for anyone who refers us a commercial client that we convert to using RoboDocs. Mobile home financing is limited due to the fact that the loan is unsecured because most of the time the mobile home is locate within a mobile home park, where the owner of the mobile home does not own the land the mobile home is installed in. Only a couple institutions, such as 21^st Mortgage Corporation and Origen Financial, will lend on mobile homes and the loan must be obtained through a pre-approved loan broker. Land home deals are not as limited, although not every lender will fund a loan for a manufactured home that is on land which the home owner owns.
