Ever seen a person having a “hent” moment?

As agents we have this happen to us on a regular basis. I know I learn something new every day on the Rain. It may be something minor or major. But the most enjoyment I get is when my clients get this to happen to them. So without further ado the meaning of (hent) something grasped in the mind; conception; purpose. Don’t you just love it when your clients finally get the meaning of what you’re saying or the light bulb finally gets the current to flowing?

Hi James,

I see this happen all the time inspecting.

Buyers don't realize all the defects till they are explained so they can understand the summary page.

Then with their new found "HENT" they use this new "Hent" to negotiate with the seller.

Funny thing to see the light come on.
