If you have a job (doesn't have to be a good one)....Nothing in collections.... Reasonable credit....I can get you into a house cheaper then your rent....
This is a situation that didn't exist during the run up of prices in Boise....Landlords are forced into a high rent because they have a high mortgage and have double taxes to pay off.... Every home I sold lowered the renters payments significantly and they now have pride of ownership. The rates are great.... The homes are good.... The price is right....The prices are rising in Boise....The inventory is shrinking.... Right now is the best time in at least 10 years to buy if you can....
Of course... You should be planning to stay for a couple of years in the new home or be willing to convert it into a rental... I think the market it definitely heating up.....
