I hope nobody is secretly cursing us for our photo with the cars in the front! I'm sure some people are....but with short sales we do sometimes have some less than perfect photos with sellers that just aren't willing to clean up or move things and/or just don't care. We get the homes sold for the sellers though and have happy clients!
John, I'm only a little sad, actually. Yes, it hurts to lose value in your home, but our area of Boise Idaho needed a price correction so badly that I'll accept it and though I'm sad for people who are losing their homes and who need to do short sales, we are so much better at the price points we are now than we were. It's great for buyers! Sad for sellers :-(

Hi Kristine - Boise is definitely a great place to live and raise a family. Have you been here? Also according to a recent article (I can't remember if it was Forbes or CNN Money or where) but we are also a great place to retire! We have some of the most beautiful country in the world in my opinion, in the Sawtooth Mountains. I love them!
