Real Estate Agent with COLDWELL BANKER TOMLINSON

We have sat across from each other at your table to discuss my qualifications and my Marketing Strategies to sell your home.  We have walked around your home and previewed the amenities you added and the special feautres that will be prime selling points.  We have discussed the market and the current value of the homes in your area and an aggressive price has been setYou have decided to hire me as your REALTOR and I'm excited to work for you.sold house in Pullman WA

Now all I ask is that you listen.  I ask that you please take my suggestions on making your home more appealing to potential buyers.  I am excited when I see you writing down notes on what needs to be done to make your house shine above others.  When I come by to put the lock box on and the sign in the yard, I see the new plants and mat on the front porch and I am happy for you.  You call me into your house to see the work that has been completed and I congratulate you, because I know your house will sell quickly!

Thank you new clients for hiring me as your REALTOR!  I appreciate the business and will do my best to sell your home.  And, thank you for listening

By working together, we will be succeed at the job at hand....a SOLD sign in your front yard!

Well, the art of listening.....before we take the listing (or buyer out for showing) we should listen - and after establishing the relationship, they should. Do they?

Praful, thanks for your message.  The art of listening is important all the way around, don't you think?

Tim, I appreciate you stopping by.  I do think that Sellers become so nervous about the process that sometimes, they don't realize we're here to help them...if they would just listen.

Ronald,  it was great with these clients, but there are those that don't....
