SOLD: 10/31/2011 - 820 Marion Lane
Congrats to the new owner and the seller of 820 Marion Lane. This short term lease purchase worked out perfectly for the buyer and seller. We closed on Monday, October 31, 2011 and all went well.
We're going to shout it out by sending just sold postcards to the neighbors. You just never know when someone in the neighborhood will be thinking about selling.
In the meantime, congrats again to the new homeowner and the seller.

What a pretty house! I have one very sinilar to it, amazingly similar. It's been on the market for 3 days and getting shown like crazy. Hope to have it under contract this week. Have a great day!
