The highest price per square foot was $97.70 for a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 4 car garage home west of Barker Cypress. The lowest price per square foot was $58.06 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage foreclosure east of Telge Rd.
Average number of days on the market before receiving an agreed-upon contract was 99.
There are 16 homes currently under contract, which should close in the next 30-40 days!
