Kellie Morrissey of Keller Williams Real Estate, The City and Mountains Group, was Named a “Five Star Real Estate Agent” by 5280 Magazine

 LITTLETON – Kellie Morrissey, a leading Broker Associate with Keller Williams Company in Littleton, has been named a “Five Star Real Agent” for 2011 by Denver’s 5280 Magazine.  This is the second consecutive year that Morrissey has received the recognition. 

             Morrissey and the 2010 list of top real estate agents are published in a special section of the September issue of the popular magazine.  These agents are recognized for providing the highest level of overall client satisfaction.

             In partnership with QMI Research, a third party research firm, 5280 Magazine surveyed all Denver area residents who purchased a home valued at more than $100,000 along with more than 10,000 subscribers to 5280 Magazine.  An additional 250 surveys were sent to mortgage and title companies who are often best at judging a real estate agent’s technical skills and knowledge. 

             The list of Five Star Real Estate Agents is an elite group, representing less than seven percent of the licensed agents in the Denver.   Morrissey was also among the agents recognized by 5280 Magazine in 2010.

 Morrissey, brings years of real estate experience, with a unique background of corporate banking and a Master's Degree in Counseling.  “I specialize in finding 'just the right' home for my buyers  and sellers by listening to their needs while developing the highest level of trust and providing them with the information they need to have the most successful real estate transaction,”  said Morrissey.  “I really appreciate all the support from my clients and coworkers for this great recognition.”
