Annual Home Check-Up

Isn't it funny that most people make sure to maintain their automobile with regular maintenance but don't think to do the same with the most expensive purchase they've made in their lifetime?  My Home Inspector.Biz offers a multi-point annual maintenance check-up of your home and updates your official records accordingly.

Similar to an automobile, My Home Inspector.Biz tracks and logs your home data and assigns your home with a unique HIN#.  Once enrolled in this program, we will come to your home and do an annual multi-point inspection of your home as well as a follow up inspection of the areas we noted that were in need of repair/replacement, and update your official online records accordingly.

Just imagine how much easier it will be when you go to sell your home and you present to the buyer a complete maintenance and repair log of everything you've done to your home over the years - All of this confirmed and attested to by a NY State Licensed Home Inspector.

Please ask one of our home inspectors about all the details while they're out inspecting your new purchase.

Hi Phil and thanks for your kind comments.  I am having a problem with my email provider delivering messages to certain recipients so I don't know if you got my reply to you earlier this am via regular email.  Anyways - I would love to know how to reach more people other than what Active Rain limits me to due to my type or subscription with them.

Give me a call or email me back with any suggestions - and btw I love your recent blogs you've written here and on LinkedIN.
