Great Blog Lisa. Yes some tenants can make it very difficult to show a home, I have definitely had my share of difficult tenants down through the years. There are some that co-operate and make it easy to show. I try and think of tenants as some one who some day will buy a house so treating them with respect and kindess is the only way to go.

For many home sellers, attempting to sell a tenant-occupied home can be a difficult task. While some tenants are exceptionally helpful and willing to do everything possible to assist you in selling your home, many of them will not.
