My new found friends and clients from Oregon spotted this home and on their last day here in Arizona we missed the opportunity to view this home because Mr. Dum Dum (that's me), missed the fact that this particular home was owner occupied and that we needed to give the seller ample time notice to be able to view the home. So instead of simply forgetting the home altogether, I decided to gain permission from the seller to gain access to the property and make this nice video for my clients.

This home is fantastic! I could not believe my eyes when I walked in because all the homes that we viewed were similar in regard to price per square footage and these could not compare to the magnificence of this one. No this is not a custom build home but a nice Fulton Home which is in the same subdivision of the famed Bristol Palin property.

Quick question? Why the bathroom mirror shot? I would like to see you standing in front of the home with the camera on a tripod...I think it would be a lot less campy. Just my humble opinion, Marc.

I totally get what you are saying Debb. I will try to do some that are more pro. I do like campiness though. I will mix it up.

THanks for the input!
