During the past year, at least, we have seen "Inventory" of homes, condos, etc. double and triple in some areas. When I say, "I have a deal for you", I really do. Buyer's are in the Driver's Seat for now and there is no better time the present to make that purchase. Why would anyone want to wait for the Market to change to the way it was in 2004-2005-2006, when prices were escalating like running water? I currently have 4 LISTINGS that are gorgeous, priced right and ready for a new Owner. Call me.
