How to insert YouTube video on your Blog’s sidebar.
If you are new to AR, it may be a little overwhelming to you where you should start first... Well. May I suggest to you: start improving your sidebar, because this is the first thing everybody will see on your blog.
First, go to your Profile page, and then go to Settings (on the left side).
What you will write and post here, in the Blog Description, will appear on the Sidebar of your blog.
This is a great way to add your clients’ testimonials. But you have to make sure to follow a few steps, because if you will not use the right width, your YouTube video will be too wide and look ugly. (Trust me, that’s very simple to do).
When you are on yourYouTube channel, click the SHARE button. It will show a link to your video.
You have to have to choose EMBED button to create a code that you embed in your AR Blog Description. Unfortunately, all default sizes for embedded video are too wide for AR sidebar. That is why you need to select custom width of 200 px. After that, your embedded code is ready to be Copied and Pasted in you Blog Description in AR!
Please REMEMBER to press UPDATE button.
