My power in the market has been talking to everyone. I honestly don't pre-judge and I talked ot see what a clients needs and wants are and trying to exceed them. We all know we can't help everyone but if they see that we try, they will refer to family and friends and that is my power for the market.

Absolutely, John! Talking to everyone is key, as everyone is really tuned in to the economy and the Market. One of the things I like about a "down" market (so called) is that it weeds out the agents that aren't going the extra mile, like you are!
