Hello! My name is Monique Fountaine and I am a short sale specialist with Century 21 Diablo Valley Realty. With the philosophy that transactions are accepted wherever help is needed, I cover multiple different areas 
including South San Francisco, Walnut Creek and Concord. I am driven by helping those who need assistance and guidance in regards to their real estate needs.
As of 1994, I have been working with various professional financial companies and through that experience and my experience as a short sale specialist, I have a vast knowledge of how transactions and finances operate. My understanding of the short sale process and my success working with them has resulted in having a 90% short sale closing success rate.
I work very hard for my clients as though I am the one facing the situation. I try and relate with my clients to fully understand their goals and struggles. I am positive that as a client, if you come to me with your stress and frustration, needing assistance in short sales, I will be able to relieve a chunk of the stress. There's no point in stressing over things that can be managed and in throughout my time as a short sale specialist I have learned what can be taken care of easily, and what is going to require more time.
Regardless of what it takes I am always working with one foot already in the door. I believe that being honest andpunctual in updates with my clients is always beneficial for everyone.
