Hi Steven, How is Two Rivers doing these days. My last listing in Idaho was in Two Rivers 3 years ago. We listed the home (not a SS or REO) for $735,000 initially, which was competative at the time. Shortly after listing it, the subdivision became riddled with short sales. We ended up selling for $495,000!! Has the mess cleaned up over there yet?
