There have been 12 closed home sales in Tanglewood Hills in 2011. Closed prices range from $440,000 for a bank owned foreclosure to $1,650,000 for a truly stunning home on Alberosky Way. Prices have dipped a little in recent years, but realistic sellers can sell in 30 to 60 days if the home is well-priced and attractively presented.
