With Winter starting to settle in please remember those that are in need of heat. There are various programs throughout Wake County where you can help and one in particular is Warmth for Wake. The goal of the program is to provide fuel to low-income residents of Wake County during the coldest winter months.
Monetary donations (100% tax deductible), wood, and gently used space heaters are all accepted! Volunteers are always needed and to learn more about how you can help and where you can drop off donations please visit the WakeGov.com website.
