Well... It was a slow day (I think the Packer game may have had something to do with that). I did have one couple stop. They came off of a vflyer that I posted on craigslist (which by the way, they were very impressed with). They weren't interested in the house, they were checking it out because they are trying to sell their house FSBO.

I didn't sell the house (yet), but I made a FSBO contact that I can now follow up with.

He really is doing his homework on the Burlington market. I asked them what they thought of the house and the price, and they both said it was a great value for the money. The house was built in 2000, but shows like it is new construction. Now I just need to get a buyer and get it closed by the end of the year!

I should add that it was a pretty productive weekend....

My listing appointment on Saturday went great. They have a few things to take care of around the house, but I should be signing the paperwork with them on Monday. They are very motivated to get their home sold.

And today I met with one of my old co-workers, and they should be listing with me in the next week or so. Plus, they may go through Cheryl for a loan!
