October 2011 Inventory was at a mid level compared with October of 2010 and 2009. The Average Days On Market for October was 78, down 28.4% from 109 days last month and up 6.8% from 73 days in October of last year. The October 2011 Average Days On Market was at a mid level compared with October of 2010 and 2009.
