 The Boynton Beach Real Estate Market continues to show that when homes are priced right, they sell.    In my opinion, closed sales in Boynton Beach were higher this month than last month in attached housing with just a slight dip in detached housing (single family homes.)  There is a good supply of well-priced homes in the Boynton Beach area at this time. 

 

The chart below is based on information taken from the Multiple Listing Service and sold by various MLS participants.  It does not include private sales.  It is deemed accurate but not guaranteed or warranted.

As of October 31, 2011 there were 1294 Active Listings for sale in Boynton Beach.  There were 492 properties that were Contingent, meaning they were waiting for a contingency in their contracts to be met, and 293 properties that were Pending Sale waiting to close.

Elyse -- when proper presentation(de-cluttering, staging, etc) and the competitive pricing along with the right agent, a home seller has the right combination in place to turn their home from a listing to a SOLD comparable.
