During a recent transaction I came across some valuable information and thought this may be of help to you in the future.

Even though a seller does not have to agree to do repairs while selling a home….

If a Seller is not occupying a property himself or it is not occupied by one of his family members he must use for repairs such as Plumbing, Electrical or Mechanical a licensed and Insured professionals this is specific to cities or counties some counties or cities may not require it but the city of Augusta GA does and the rule also applies to Landlords.
