We've gotten our hour back

My computer and phone agree. My watch, the wall clock and the microwave are still resisting...

So I have been up all night for the beginning and end of this Daylight Saving period. I misplaced an hour, and now I have gotten it back.

Daylight Saving gave the impression of longer days, although increased carpet fading was barely noticeable, nor were agitated birds and animals. Early mornings will now not be quite as dark... for a little while, as we head for the Shortest Day. Maybe the extra hour of rest will release pent up tension and stress, a worthwhile relief anyway. Or maybe the time change will come with the confusion of clients arriving an hour early for appointments this week (a likely excuse...)

Enjoy the return of your hour.

It was GREAT this AM until my dogs got up at 5A and not 6A....they are still on their DOG STOMACH time!  They wanted UP and OUT and FOOD!

Im with Wallace. My dog could care less about daylight savings time. He has his own schedule and it works for him, not necessarily for me. Enjoy your day!

Good morning Larry. Wonder what the folks in Arizona do today. They don't have daylight savings time so it must be strange working around an entire country that does.

Larry, we don't change our clocks here in Arizona and all of the rest of you confuse me.  Are we now on the same time zone or are you now an hour ahead of me?

Hi everybody. I'm relatively new to the US system of time confusion. My only saving fact is AR time, where my 10pm is AR midnight. Apart from that I'm on Mountain Time. Like Arizona, I had been in Queensland, Australia which did not change for Daylight Saving. Led to taunts from NSWers (New South Wales) "When you enter Queensland turn back your clock...50 years."

Larry, It has been several days but my cat is still determined to control what time I get up so I guess Daylight Savings really hasn't made much difference to me.

Larry, I had a family emergency Thursday - Tuesday so honeslty I was screwed up on days and time!  I got home and my clocks said one thing. My watch another (battery went out), and the cell phone another.  I think I'm back on track now!

Gary - Dogs have owners, but cats have staff. Your cat will sort you out.

Cathy - Sounds like your change was a doozy. Hope all is well again.
