Continued non responsive process from Loss Mitigation Have faxed request over 12 times for a new BPO and have left 11 messages. I have the homeowner and the selling agent calling also. I called a different number today and got a nice young man who tried to call the loss mitigator but got voice mail. He said he would send an email to them. I asked him to copy and have the loss mitigator email me too.
" We can't send emails out of company" was the response.
Goodness shall we use tin cans and string ? Wells Fargo and Bank of America both use emails for short sale.
Chase + short sales = Major pain in the rear end!
