The Home Affordable Refinance Program, HARP, is being enhanced to meet the needs of more HOMEOWNERS. HARP is a voluntary program, in which Lenders can participate, to help HOMEOWNERS who are UNDERWATER REFI. YOU, the HOMEOWNER may have the opportunity to REFI, at todays low interest rates, with closing costs rolled in, if YOU meet the criteria.
Four big banks have said they will participate. The guidelines for the enhancements are not expected to be announced until Novemember 15, 2011. In the article Bank of America says it should be ready to participate by December 1, 2011.
