So on Sunday Morning we had the pleasure of an EXTRA HOUR of Sleep. It was time to set the clocks back an hour, if you live in the Northern Hemisphere. So I Saturday, before we went to be, I set all of the clocks, I hope, in the house back an hour, Kitchen, Bedroom(s), Living Room, Den, Family Room, Basement, Garage,Alarm system, computers, autos, TV controller, TIVO, Laptop (check all of the computers, just in case they "forgot" to reset themselves).
Also, this is a great time to check the batteries in the smoke detectors, home alarm systems, water detection alarm system. Be sure you have a good supply of fresh batteries for the flashlight in the car, seems to get dark really early now, and if you have a flat tire, someone has to check it.
So I think I have everything covered, then I am reading Blogs on Active Rain and I come across one from Eric Cooper about setting the correct time in your Camera. Forgot that one, thanks Eric, now I have to go find all 5 or is it 6 cameras and change the time on those also. While I am at it, better check all of the batteries in the Flash Lights, the smoke detectors, the water detectors, buy some extra batteries. Oh My Oh My, do I have my work cut out tomorrow. I do like those new LED flashlights, small, bright and the batteries are cheaper, if you get them at Sam's Club, or COSCO, or BJ's Warehouse, or whatever your favorite Warehouse Club is.
So off I go to find all of the cameras, change the times and then call it a night.
Just a reminder, if you are living in the Southern Hemisphere and it is getting to be Summer time, and your country participates in Daylight Savings time, need to move those clock forward an hours, and don't forget the cameras.
Did I forget anything? If so, please let me know.
