Rain, Rain Don't Go Away Texas Needs All It Can Get!

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with My Texas Home Real Estate

We are getting a little needed rain this morning in North Texas. But Texas needs more rain and a lot of it.
Here is a picture my cousin took last weekend of the boat ramp at O.H. Ivie Reservoir south of Abilene, Texas.
You can barely see the lake in the right hand side of the picture. It will take years to use this boat ramp again!
Let it Rain! Let it Rain!

A picture is worth 1,000 words.  That is just amazing and shocking.  And I say that as I drove home in the rain last evening. I hear about your dry conditions on radio and television, but your picture really sends the message home for me.  Can I use your picture that you posted, giving you credit - of course - on my FB page?

Rick I sure hope you have gotten much needed rain since this post.  In the northeast it was the opposite too much rain.

Rick,

I wish for Texas to have more rain....  So much has been lost with the drought.
