Lee County Florida Foreclosures for October 2007

With the recent turn of events with today's real estate market the numbers are in for homes going into Foreclosure in Lee County Florida for the month of October 2007.

Unfortunately these numbers have been increasing since earlier this year with more property owners having their property become bank owned REO properties.  It's becoming a daily crisis for many families in our area who have fallen on hard times and are going through the Foreclosure or the Deed In Lieu process with their mortgage lenders.

While the Foreclosure and Deed In Lieu numbers continue to rise so do the number of Short Sale pre-foreclosure properties in Fort Myers, Naples, Bonita Springs, Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Lee, Charlotte, and Collier County Florida.

Somehow we need to further convince the mortgage lenders to start approving pre foreclosure short sales on a more regular basis and lowering interest rates or stream line refinancing adjustable and/or negative amoritization loans otherwise across the country we're going to wind up living in a Bank Owned or REO City...

It is rough all around.  It is so slow here right now, I turn away probably 3/4 of the properties that people call and want me to list or purchase.  The numbers have to be great.  Certain areas that are saturated with listings I won't even touch them.  The odds are too great that I am wasting our time.

I get a few calls and emails here & there with people in Cape Coral and Lehigh.  I could pass the leads onto you if you are willing to work them.

Hi Scott-yes our numbers are on the rise...If ever you want to send biz our way....we have 3 office locations and we are in Volusia County....I just took the best short sale and pre-foreclosure training....How do you like handling mortgages and real estate together?  I did that for 1 year and one year only...I was not cut out to be a loan officer.
