....And Which House is For Sale?

By

Almost 20 years into being a REALTOR and I heard this new idea recently and just had to share!

A veteran real estate agent, 1st class lady and huge commerical agent shared that for years she often placed out her real estate FOR SALE sign just on the property line instead of center to the property she was selling. Her reason? Duh...To make the phone ring.

Perpective clients would often ask, which property is FOR SALE? Her reply...DUH...Which one are you interested in?

Often this has landed her not just one sold propety BUT TWO!

Just an idea but one worth trying!

Good Luck Peeps!

I love it PLANNED confusion, ha ha, other than Elizabeth walking up to the WRONG house and ringing that doorbell.

This could backfire

An agent before me, as well as I, could only find one patch of grass to put up a sign, and it was on the property line. The next door neighbor kept pulling up the sign, and will deny he did it Unless he was caught in the act, there was no way to prove it.

The sign was constantly on the ground...and it was more of a hassle to keep it up.  Finally just nailed something on the eave of the property itself
