What do you see?
Notice the tan arrow - that shows the "current recession" in comparison to previous
recessions.
Is the United State Economy rebounding?
Can we have a rebound with the job loss percentage plumetting?
Is the econmy really recovering or are
people who have lost thier home to short sale
or foreclosue spending those funds once
spent on their mortgage?

Susan, that is a very interesting graph. I think we have a ways to go before hitting bottom and rebounding.
I talk to rental prospects who have just sold their homes and they do not want to buy as they feel their downpayment will immediately EVAPORATE if property values continue to decline....they want to RENT and save their CASH

Wallace - how long do they think they are going to wait. What about interest rates, tax deductions, etc
That's an alarming looking graph and I hope it's not indicative of the way things are going, but I think it probably is. This country is going down the tubes.
Joni - yes history does repeat itself, it's too bad we don't learn better from the past.
Georgina - so sad... who will be the hero to save the US. You're right it's more than just the housing market.
