When meeting with clients face-to-face, give them your all of your attention.
- Turn the phone off
- Put all else aside
- Focus on the now
As agents, we are constantly monitoring our phones for new information, a text, an e-mail or voice message that is privvy to a transaction. It can surely wait. Give clients in the here and now your undivided attention without unnecessary distractions, it is the least you can do and they will be thankful!
