As much as Craig (Owen) and David (Jones) appreciate all the hard work that the staff here at Keller Williams does, there aren't a lot of times that these folks get recognized. That's not an intentional neglect. It's just one of those things that happens due to the nature of the position. I know firsthand how that goes since I was in a staff position for so long.

The Keller Williams agents, by and large, often forget all that goes on behind the scenes here at Keller Williams. It's easy to forget, or not even be aware of, all that the staff does to ensure that all things run smoothly. Real estate agents are very busy doing what they do. They expect, rightfully so, for their needs to be met. But it's easy to forget that the needs that are met happen because there are "little people" doing a tremendous amount of tireless, and sometimes thankless work, behind the scenes.

You are the BOMB!

So, here's what I want to do - I want to write a series of blogs that acknowledges, in brief, the various staff members of Keller Williams Heritage. I will write these in no particular order. That's kind of how my brain works. I'm a man. I don't multitask very well. :)

I'm going to start these articles by acknowledging Tina Morales.

Tina Morales I will talk about what Tina's job title is, what she does beyond that job title, what she's done for us that goes above and beyond the job title, how she's impacted this market center, and talk a little about who she is as a person. For instance, if any of you know Tina then you know that if you are near her on the highway - you really need to WATCHOUT!

Go Speedracer...Go!

Some people call it road rage. Others may call it an obsession with speed. Then there are those who might even call it downright insane. I've riden with Tina...ONCE. I drive now when I am in the car with her. :)

After I acknowledge Tina I will talk about Kim Perry, Kim Bridgforth, Anna Velazquez, Nancy Higgs, Patty Alcala (P Diddy), Sean McFarlin, and so on. I hope to cover everyone. And listen, if you see these folks in the halls, pat them on the back, say thank you, and maybe even bring ‘em an apple or something one day. They deserve it!
