FINAL Project - Your Business Plan

     As promised here is the items I'm looking for in your Final class Project's Business Plan. Remember the goal is not to impress(snow) me, but instead to create a plan that you can see yourself doing and are willing to be held accountable to ! Your plan should include the following:

   1. A PMA - please describe the specific market(or niche) that you intend to become Mayor of ! You will use a series of marketing efforts to BRAND your identity as the go to person in the marketplace !

   2. Research the Market(PMA or niche) -

     a. How many sales y.t.d. for 2019

     b. How many listings are there currently

     c. What is the absorption rate ?(# of months supply of inventory ?)

     d. How large is it (# of households - census.gov)

     e. Who are the top 3 real estate companies in your PMA ?

     f. Who are the top 5 real estate agents in your PMA ?

     g. Give us a brief description of the uniqueness of your PMA .

   3. Your Annual Income Goals and the number of necessary units to reach it(allocate between Listings & Buyers)

   4. Your 2020 Lead Generation Plan - please address how you will use the following to generate leads- IDX,Blogging/AR,Social Media,Marketing, Prospecting Techniques in your PMA.

   5. Please define 2-3 Business Objectives for 2020 and include 4-6 steps in a ACTION PLAN to accomplish .

   6. Your Database - explain the role your database will have in maintaining your MET Group and lead incubation . What is your plan to touch your SOI and what is the frequency of it ? What e-newsletters and e-greetings(holidays)  will you use?

   7. Leverage- What are your plans to hire a virtual or personal assistant ?

   8. Technology - How will you evolve your Listing Presentation to be  I-Pad/Notebook based as opposed to paper and Presentation Manual ?

   9. Coaching/Accountability Partner - What are your [plans in this area ?

  10. Growth/Education - What are your 2020 plans for personal growth ?

     Well there you have it ! The outcome of our 30 hours together ! Instead of wishing or hoping YOU ARE PLANNING to have a great 2020 ! It's been a pleasure to have been involved in your life ! And oh by the way I DON'T BELIEVE in mere coincidences !!!

Here's something I am suggesting to our associates:  If you feel overwhelmed, start with a "MICRO-Market".

Select a two or three block area.  Learn everything about the homes and the market in that tiny MICRO area.  Learn the homeowners names, how long they've lived there, the styles of the houses.  Pop-by. 

Once you feel like you are the expert in that MICRO area, expand to a slightly larger area.

Baby steps will still get you there.  :-)
