Another Mortgage MLM Opportunity - NMC Nationwide Mortgage "Consulting"

The problem, I have maintained for years, inside the mortgage industry is this kind of rubish. Go to the site where you can "Join for FREE!" and where they have a "Complete Online Training Manual". And here is what really gets me, "Get Your Associate ID and Start in MINUTES!!" Right, good move.

Funny, they are based in Florida and claim to be licensed in all 50 states ... not Georgia and not Florida. Not to mention you can't just say "Licensed In All 50 States" - every state requires the licensing information not only to be presented but to be presented in a very specific format.

Hahaha! Oh my gosh, I just read this on their website, "We GUARANTEE that we are the only company that gives you so much for absolutely no start-up costs!!! In less than 5 minutes from now, you can have your own mortgage business with access to thousands of dollars in training and marketing materials."

About the same time I read that I heard the founder say in a powerpoint presentation that there are no recessions in the mortgage business! HAHAHAH!

Okay, no license, no training, no cost. YAY!  Have fun for yourself http://www.nmcbusiness.com/

Oh they'll have something good to say in defense. Here is what I know: This smells very funny and I don't like it AT ALL. They probably will say, "We don't need no steenkin license because we don't make no loans." No? You DAMN SURE take applications.

Tom - Doing well and business is picking up. We had an almost normal volume month last month with 1/2 the number of employees of a year ago. How's your Tennessee biz? Thinking of getting relicensed there.

Bryant - yah, I think I'll chunk all of my licensing and bonding and needs for audited financials and MBA training and just go to work with those guys. Heck it's FREE! I can't believe I wasted all these years trying to do it the hard way. What an idiot I must be. Doht!

Ken,

My name is Michelle Rosado, and my husband Randy and I are founders of NMC Mortgage Network. I was shocked when reading your November post bashing my company, however and it was more appalling to be mocked by a fellow member of Active Rain.  Then after learning more about you, I notice that you are quite obnoxious and spend more time ridiculing others than being productive in your own business. I wish I had your free time. Furthermore, as a World Trade Center survivor of the 9/11 tragedy, I thought I had experienced the utmost evil and nastiness, but now I see that it is looking me in the eye once again.

Now it's time to clarify a few things.  By you reporting us to the department of banking and them issuing a Cease and Desist Order against us, it shows that you are suffering in business (and in life for that matter) and considered our organization as a threat to your business. You know nothing about our organization, you did not even have the decency to consult with the owners before posting false allegations. First off, we are a marketing company registered in the state of Florida and can be found on www.sunbiz.org. We never claimed to be a mortgage company, nor does our compensation plan focus on strict MLM. Our lead generation program allows members to be paid marketing bonuses on personal or team production. It does not force multi-level marketing on anyone, and we provide a free training module that gives consumers and marketing representatives a strong understanding about the industry, rather than keeping them in the dark like traditional brokers are doing. As for you mocking me about "no recessions", well I'm sorry that our concept is too innovative and obviously too difficult for you to comprehend. It centers around teaching people how to build a true business with others, instead of focusing energies on negative actions with the intent to hurt people. If you look at our background, Randy and I have trained thousands of people worldwide in the areas of mortgage, leadership, and inspiration, much of it without compensation outside of any closed business generated as a result. It's a crazy idea that we call "giving back." This is why we have a free program, and it's truly free. You get training that is unmatched and support from licensed mortgage professionals, whom the client is referred to. To help you further understand how we operate, below is a link that briefly explains the details from a legal perspective:

Below is a link with our response to the GA Department of Banking, however they have not lifted the order because our online loan application had the name of our company for tracking purposes. As a Florida-based marketing company this whole thing that you generated is quite ironic since our leads are sent straight to licensed companies, so the proper adjustments were made in that minor area. As you well know, this is a referral-based business, and we will still continue to refer business to our lending partners in GA, even if NMC Mortgage Network can't be compensated. Since you are licensed in FL and GA, the two states with the highest fraud, I trust all of your loan files are squeaky clean. Regardless, we would never focus our valuable time or energy on ruining your business as you have attempted to do with us, but when the inevitable law of karma catches up with you and it comes back around, I'm sure you'll be prepared.

As for the well-thought-out comments posted by your little blog-posting followers, they are all welcome to see what has gotten you so excited to spend all of your time on us. Thank you! We've just launched our financial services company that is still free to join, and shows you how to help get your clients out of debt and keeps them as clients for life. It's all about helping people, and hopefully you'll understand that someday. In any event, learn more at www.nmcbusiness.com - work our system and find out for yourself if this lonely mortgage broker in GA is telling the truth or not. By the way, I noticed you're with the old NovaStar, that's a reputable name to stand behind in the mortgage industry!

All the best,

Michelle Rosado, Founder NMC Financial Services

Thanks a lot for this post. A big portion of the nation's mortgages are underwater, meaning more is owed on the loan than the property is worth. The US government has run up trillions of dollars in debt, and given the recent debates over the country’s debt ceiling, we can rest assured that neither Congress or the President will act to curtail spending and balance the budget. We will continue adding trillions of dollars to the national debt clock until such time that our creditors no longer lend us money.
