Do You Really Give Your Clients Great Service?

By
Real Estate Agent with DocuSign

We often see real estate agents who claim to give great service to their ciients. Great service has become a calling card for differentiation in a host of industries.

With many real estate agents choosing to compete on service instead of price, are you truly differentiating yourself from the rest of the real estate agents in your market? Do you always go that extra mile so that your clients walk away feeling like there could have been nothing else to make their experience better?

Great service takes time and dedication. Some of you are spread so thin that there are scenarios when you would love to go that extra mile to give your client great service but you just don't have the time.

Maybe Docusign can help you in more ways than one?

Time is of the essence. We've all heard this phrase. It's especially true in the real estate industry where additional time working on one transaction takes away from your ability to serve your clients or market your business to find that next client. Of course you get to choose what you would do with the additional time in your day, but simply having extra time allows you to make that choice.

(in fact, our current ActiveRain contest gives you chance to win cash for sharing with us what you'd do with that free time)

Docusign gives you that choice while at the same time ensuring that you actually are giving your client a higher level of service. Wait, what? A higher level of service? Yes, a higher level of service.

You aren't the only one that saves time with Docusign. So does your client!

Let us share a secret with you.........don't tell too many people, alright? The FAX machine is becoming obsolete. The cat's out of the bag. Many of your clients (especially younger ones) do not have a FAX machine. Maybe they have electronic FAX, but probably not. The only time they ever need a FAX machine is when someone needs them to sign something, like you do. Often times, it's an inconvenience for them. Maybe they have one at work, or maybe their parents have one at home, but it's never hooked up and it's always a pain to get it to work.

Why do you put them through this? Docusign electronic signatures will save you and them time and they'll think your service was great (instead of muttering themselves about what a pain it is that their agent is still stuck in the last decade using a FAX machine)

Try Docusign for free for 30 days. You get the fully functioning Docusign platform without any strings (aka - no credit card required) because we know after using it for your next transaction you will be a believer.

I have not had to use a fax machine in the last 7 transactions.  Great isn't it.

I have electonic fax but I'm only half of the equation, the other half is my client. I prefer Docusign... what's not to like? Time is money and timely service is critical in maintaining a happy client.

I have found that even those clients that are not "tech savvy" find docu sign so easy to use and it doesn't get more convenient than docu sign makes it.

The fax machine would be irrelevant in the next few years as most people will be migrating to electronic signature platforms.

I guess I can't fathom what not giving the best service you can give is. I always go to the wall with each and every client and if I don't have the answer to a question or a solution to a challange I have someone working with me at all times who does.

Someday we are going to be asking "what's a photocopier!"  It's amazing how things change.  Thanks for being on top of things.  Your program is great and very impressive to those who don't use it.

Oh Fax machines...hate to say it...but not many Brokerages had them when I started in the biz!! I can't wait for docusign to be legal here. Scanning/email is good, but I feel like I'm killing way too many trees!! I haven't faxed an offer for well over a year!

Yeh Docusign!!

I LOVE Docusign, in fact I've referred a few agents.  What I have been disappointed with, however, is the "referral" program you offer(ed).  I was told "the check is in the mail" several times...nothing (I still have the email stating this).  Now when I send an inquiry on the status, I don't even get a response.  It's been several months.

Aside from this, I do use it on just about every transaction (I'm just not as eager to refer) lol.

So true - so true. As a 6 time seller I couldn't list with an agent that didn't use docusign - I just don't have time to mess around with a fax. And printing an email and scanning and resending is just as much of a time waster... Put both at the top of things I'll never do again!
