I've heard you guys a couple of times.  Great info.  I've got more short sale designations than the man in the moon. Short Sale calculator looks interesting. I'll look at it.  Seems like a logical process if you get a listing, since nothing is guaranteed.

I do pay referral fees is you don't have any one in Alameda, Contra Costa or San Joaquin county.  25% I negotiate, 50% you negotiate if you're licensed.
