Way to go guys! I'm U.S. Air Force 1973 - 1993 and, like you guys, very proud of it. I remember my early days though when the public, in general, looked down on us. I remember a guy in North Syracuse, NY, spitting on the ground as me (in uniform) and a Marine Reserve friend of mine walked into a bar near the base there to get some lunch. Perceptions sure have changed for the better.
