The THAYER HOUSE is a 3+ Acre Property on one of the most attractive spots in Medway - abutting Choate Pond. As you may know it is historical significance in Medway. The Thayer family developed that land, built the pond to power the mill across the street (now housing a number of commercial businesses). Currently owned by the town of Medway, the property has had some structural improvements (mostly in the barn).
