The list to sale price differential hovered around the 94% mark. This indicates that homes are both being priced well and selling within 6% of their asking price and that the popularity of this town is still going strong. The average Sold price was $460,500 (down significantly from last month) for the upscale town of River Vale NJ. The two homes that sold were a 3 Bedroom Ranch that sold for $389,000 and a 4 Bedroom Split Level that sold for $582,000.
River Vale NJ is amongst the 8 Pascack Valley towns of Bergen County New Jersey and it's lush park-like character has prompted it to be known as the "Garden Spot" of the Pascack Valley.
