With November being the National Homeless Awareness month, the agents of D+B Real Estate want to invite you and your family to join us tomorrow, Nov 12th from 11:30-1:30p, for our 2nd annual charity Chili Cook Off benefitting the Samaritan Inn!
The Samaritan Inn is Collin County's ONLY Homeless Shelter and with the past few years being very difficult for many people financially, we want to help this organization, who does so much for others, as much as we can!
Last year's Chili Cook Off was a great success & lots of Fun, and we're excited how much our Charity Cook Off has grown in just 1 year! This year, come enjoy the fall weather while tasting and judging all different flavors & styles of chili. We'll also have kid friendly food, a variety of games for all ages, a Bounce House, a DJ, and community businesses.
The 2nd Annual D+B Charity Cook Off will be held tomorrow, Nov 12th from 11:30-1:30p, at Towne Lake Park in McKinney, across from McKinney High School, from 11:30-1:30p. Cost of Entry & Samples of the Chili, is 1 Canned Good per person or an item from the Samaritan Inn Need's List. If you'd like a bowl of your favorite Chili, a cash donation of at least $1 will be accepted. We'll even have some popular Chili Toppings & Desserts for you as well! We'll also have some Kid Friendly Food that can also be purchased for a cash donation of at least $1.
