How to use a flash as a dog finder

By
Real Estate Agent with Fathom Realty

I take my ShiPoo for walks along the golf course at night.  I let him run loose because there is never anyone else around.  Sometimes it is hard to locate him.  Now I just bring flash with me and when I can't locate him I use the flash and there he is.  Flashlights work also but arent' as neat.

Gene, that is a great idea!  You could also snap a few photos and figure out where your puppy is.  I had never thought of this, thank you for sharing.  I hope you have a wonderful weekend!  --Krystal

Gene - That is an excellent tip.  One I would have never thought of.  But if you have a ShiPoo that is a male, wouldn't it be a "HePoo"???

Hi Gene,

This is so true, Just tonight we were driving home and commenting on seeing 2 reflectors higher than show level coming towards us. When we got up to the group of people walking, they had a big dog and it was the dog's eyes we saw. Better than the backs of shoes! Thanks for sharing and your dog is adorable.

I love it and it is soooo true that our dogs eyes (and I imagine cats as well) are like bright reflectors.  I have a cock-a-poo named Mr. Willie and a Winnie the Poo who alledgedly was a mistake between a miniture dobie and miniture poodle -- her eyes always show up bright green.  Hard to get a frontal pic w/o the bright green looking at you.
