Friday AM. I was eating a BLT, drinking an OJ and reading the AJC, when I got an IM on my PDA from a VP of BBT who wanted a BPO on an REO ASAP. I got on my HP, went to the MLS and printed a CMA for the SOB PDQ.
Then I met with a CPA with ATT, who used to be a NCO in the USMC, so he was eligible for VA. He wanted to look at a HUD in a PUD, so we hopped in my BMW SUV and used to HOV on I-75, but the neighborhood was a DMZ, so it was a NG.
