Those who fly out of Minneapolis - St Paul Airport in Minnesota and leave pets behind may have an new option for where to leave Fido or Fiona. A plan has been approved for a 24-hour pet spa care, boarding kennel and grooming facility right at the airport. Travelers can drop their cat or dog off anytime of the day or night and then take a shuttle to their designated terminal. Whenever their flight arrives back at MSP their pet will be available to be picked up and go home. Unlike you, they will be looking and smelling even better than when they came. Having made new friends and had a relaxing massage, your pet will be able to quickly forget that you went somewhere without them.
Other such facilities are located in New Orleans, Seattle, Denver, and San Diego. 38 Billion dollars are spent by Americans every year on their pets.
