Jessica, this is the best arguement for staging- when you can quantify it; put numbers to it - clients understand.

Yep, the numbers don't lie.  Yet in spite of success stories like this and many others some homeowners still have a hard time seeing past the initial investment...  Unfortunate, no?

Hey guys, I am sorry for the delayed response to all of you. This was posted just before I went out of town. We have found that showing real concrete numbers has really helped our potential clients realize what they are paying for. And even current clients are often shocked and we find it good to show them exactly how much they saved. Karen and Sally, our marketing team puts these together for us, but I am pretty sure they use Pages on Macs because that's what we use. I will double check for you. Iran, it is unfortunate that people often can't see past the initial investment. I am grateful though - we have built such a results oriented campaign that most of the sellers we talk to do see the value and are willing to make the initial investment because they know they will either make or save so much more when they do what we and their agent tell them.
