Mole poblano sauce consists of a variety of ingredients being poured over chicken, turkey, or whatever you would like. A representative dish of Mexico, mole poblano is a specialty of the city of Puebla. This is a great dish to make just for fun, for celebration, or for a Mexican Tradition.
