A FREE SEMINAR, BUYING FORECLOSURES is scheduled to be held in the Community Hall at St Luke Lutheran Church at 5312 Comercio Way in Woodland Hills, Wednesday evening, November 16th at 7:00 PM. This informative seminar is being conducted by Randy Kistler, a successful Real Estate Broker in the San Fernando Valley since 1977. The format and the content is intended to explain the process and vocabulary associated with foreclosure. Those currently facing foreclosure will better understand the proceedure and where they stand in the process. The first time buyer or small investor will be introduced to the different buying opportunities afforded with each stage of the foreclosure process. Many terms such as SHORT SALE, TRUSTEE'S SALE, and REO will be defined and explained. The different stages of a foreclosure will be presented and the process and risks of purchasing in each stage will be discussed. All participants will have an opportunity to determine their qualifications to purchase and will receive a website that will give them access to new foreclosure properties as they come on the market. This seminar is being presented as a public service. Admission is free and nothing is being sold. The hall is being provided by St Luke Lutheran Church and all sevices are volunteer.
