Happy Monday Carlsbad!

Here is the blog i wrote last night (Sunday night) about some thoughts to start the week strong in the Carlsbad real estate market!

Hello San Diego!

Still up and my mind is running like a million miles an hour, Thanksgiving is right around the corner and so much homes are for sale in the Carlsbad real estate market.
Our San Diego Real Estate market is strong and the prices in Carlsbad have been rising monthly since July 2011! Oh, you didn't get the memo while watching the news? No wonder, they are not in the tranches working hard for you like I am for my clients.
Lately, I have been helping first time home buyers, investors and even sellers on their short sale negotiations.

Southern california is amazing in the fall, 70F in the fall? I love it too..should I mention short, tee shirt and flip flops?! How about you? Are you tired of the snow or the cold weather?  Are you longing to take your family on a "feels like summer winter trip", come to visit North San Diego county, we have some many cities with lots to offer and you don't have to be millionaire to live here!
From New Homes to condominiums, Foreclosures, Short Sales, REO, Bank Owned, Lender Owned, we have it all!
Call me or email me for a relocation package and choose your destination: North San Diego real estate or city centered: Carlsbad real estate, Encinitas real estate, Oceanside real estate, Del Mar real estate, Rancho Santa Fe real estate...

Have a great start of the week!
Yours truly,
Angelique Kenney, your Carlsbad and San Diego coastal real estate specialist with Prudential California Realty.

That's true, I had my share of snow while selling real estate in Boise, Idaho. Carlsbad and San Diego are wonderful places to live, i love it! of course this is not Hawaii but the real estate market is more affordeable here in San Diego county and there is SeaWorld :)
