Dom taste....Beer pocketbook

By
Real Estate Agent with Realty Mark Associates RS279899

Buyers are still looking for those great big houses.....but don't want, or worse, can't pay for them. I've spent this entire week trying to bring clients into reality.....I'm drained.

And I want my clients to get the most for their money. I want them to be happy in their new home....but come on now. If you can only afford a certain dollar amount, stop asking me to show you houses way  over that price, in hopes that the Seller will entertain $50,000+ less than asking.

This is definitely a probleall over.  Its certainly driving me up a wall.  The moderating market is causing buyers to get stars in their eyes.  They think they can have it ALL - RIGHT NOW!!!! Sorry, it doesn't work that way. If your expectations are so far flung from reality as to make no sense at all - you are not a buyer - you are a lookie lou.
