This non-invasive walk-thru allows the homeowner to walk the residence with the inspector, taking notes as the inspector probes various systems and components.

Unlike a formal inspection costing in upards of $300-400, this $149 consultation is an informal approach to identifying possible defects that could adversely effect the deal. In today's market, buyers aren't worried about the small things because pricing is in their favor. But the larger issues are coming up in most pre-purchase inspections.
